We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use our forms:

• Project inquiry form: Your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name (optional), project location (optional), type of project (optional), timeline (optional), project details (optional), and any files you upload such as building photos, logos, artwork, or reference images.
• Callback request: Your name, phone number, preferred call time (optional), and an optional message.
• Sign Buyer's Guide download: Your name, email address, and business name (optional).
• First Impression AI tool: Your business name, contact name, email, phone number, business address, current signage situation, and a storefront photo if you upload one.

We do not collect payment card information through any form on this Site.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or project consultation.
• Return your callback request.
• Send you the Sign Buyer's Guide you requested.
• Process First Impression AI analysis and follow up about your signage needs.
• Operate and maintain the Site and its features.

We do not sell your information. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages based on your inquiry. If we ever offer optional marketing email, it will require your separate, explicit consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Files you upload through the project inquiry form (such as building photos, logos, or artwork) are stored privately. They are accessible only to authorized WNY Sign Co. team members and are not published or shared publicly through the Site.

The Site uses the following third-party services:

• Base44: Our website hosting and database platform. Inquiry data is stored in Base44's database.
• Curator.io: Powers the Instagram feed on our "Our Work" page. The Curator.io embed does not set cookies on visitors to our Site and does not include advertising or ad-tracking code. It loads Instagram content through the Meta/Facebook API, so Meta may receive information when you view that page. You can review Curator.io's privacy practices at curator.io/privacy-policy.
• Google Fonts: Used for website typography. Google may collect your IP address when fonts load.

We do not currently use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or retargeting tags on the Site. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent controls where required.

The Site itself does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. The Curator.io Instagram embed on the "Our Work" page does not set cookies on our visitors, but it loads content from Instagram, whose parent company (Meta) may set cookies or collect data when that content loads. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some features of the Site.

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, and maintain business records. If you would like your information deleted, you can request it by contacting us at the email below.

You can:

• Choose not to provide information. Many fields on our forms are optional. Required fields are marked.
• Request a copy of the information you submitted.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of any future marketing communications.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
